SHIPPING
CHRISTMAS ORDERS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Must be placed before the 13th of October. All orders placed after that date may not arrive in time for Christmas.
- Shipping is worldwide.
- GST is applied at the checkout.
- US tariffs are applied at the checkout.
- If you want items to ship together order them together, seperate orders will be treated as such and will not be combined afterwards.
- All orders are shipped via auspost and come with tracking and signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for it, it will be taken to your local post office/collection point.
Please keep track of your tracking. Reminder to check junk mail as they have a tendency to go theree first.
- Tracking numbers are emailed once sent, make sure to check your junk mail for the email. It is your responsibility as the customers to keep track of your orders and pick them up if you are not home to sign for them. We do not keep track of them for you.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for your orders to ship. Pick up is avaliable if you are Melbourne based. Just enter the code PICKUP at the checkout. Orders can be picked up from Thornbury Apothecary: 800 High St Thornbury.
- Before ordering please make sure to research your countries import duty/taxes fees/ tariffs. Eartha is not responsbile/liable for these taxes and they are not included in the price or the checkout. They vary from country to country and are billed to the reciever upon entrance into the country for delivery. Failure to pay these may result in your order being abandonded by the postal service or returned.
-Once your order is shipped I am no longer responsible for it as it is out of my hands. If your item is broken/lost/damaged/delivered to the wrong address during shipment there is unfortunately nothing I can do unless you purchased insurance (however not everything can be insured). Insurance is the responsibility of the customer to ask for and paid for. Requests can be left in the customer notes as you checkout, and can only be paid for after you place your order. Please also note that insurance is not always a guranetee of compensation.
- If your order is returned you will have to pay for shipping/tariffs again to reship it.
- No exchanges, replacements or repairs are done on items.
- Refunds for change of mind are not avaliable. Refunds can only be done within 48 hours of purchasing, after that they cannot be processed. All refunds incur a $10 cancellation fee.
