- Shipping is worldwide.
- All orders are shipped via auspost and come with tracking and signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for it, it will be taken to your local post office/collection point.
- Tracking numbers are emailed once sent, make sure to check your junk mail for the email.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your orders to ship.
- Before ordering please make sure to research your countries import duty/taxes fees/ tariffs. Eartha is not responsbile/liable for these taxes and they are not included in the price or the checkout. They vary from country to country and are billed to the reciver upon entrance into the country for delivery. Failure to pay these may result in your order being abandonded by the postal service or returned.
-Once your order is shipped I am no longer responsible for it as it is out of my hands. If your item is broken/lost/damaged/delivered to the wrong address during shipment there is unfortunately nothing I can do unless you purchased insurance. Insurance is the responsibility of the customer to ask for and paid for. Requests can be left in the customer notes as you checkout, and can only be paid for after you place your order. Please also note that insurance is not always a guranetee of compensation.
